How we work

Our graphic design services cover the assets a marketing or sales team needs continuously: pitch decks, one-pagers, digital ad sets, social graphics, email banners and print collateral for events. The work is execution inside an existing brand system. Defining that system is separate strategy work.

A client with an established logo, color palette and type system comes to us needing that system applied correctly, and quickly, across dozens of individual assets a quarter. We keep a shared Figma library of templates so a new ad variant or deck update does not start from zero, and so the same headline treatment or icon style shows up consistently whether the asset is for LinkedIn, a trade show booth or an investor update.

Where the underlying identity itself needs defining, that work belongs to our branding team. Where the deliverable is a product interface, that belongs to UI/UX design. Graphic design is the discipline that turns an established brand into the specific asset a campaign needs this week.

What we deliver

Graphic Design services

  • Pitch decks and sales collateral

Investor decks, sales one-pagers and case study layouts built to a template your team can update themselves for the next deal without redesigning from scratch.

  • Digital ad creative

Static and carousel ad sets sized correctly for each platform's specs, produced in batches so a campaign launches with a full set of variants rather than one hero image.

  • Social media graphics

Templates and one-off graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels, built to match the cadence a content calendar actually needs.

  • Print and event materials

Banners, booth graphics, signage and printed handouts prepared with correct bleed, color profiles and file specs for a print vendor, not just a screen.

  • Email and newsletter design

Header graphics and layout templates that match your existing brand system and drop into the email platform your team already sends from.

  • Infographics and data visuals

Charts and diagrams that make a report or whitepaper's data legible at a glance, built to the same visual system as the rest of your marketing.

You receive

Deliverables

  • Editable source files (Figma) for every asset produced
  • Print-ready files with correct bleed and color profiles
  • Sized ad sets matching each platform's current specs
  • A working template library your team can reuse
  • Exported assets in the formats each channel requires

How we work

Our graphic design process

  1. Brief and brand review

We start from your existing brand guidelines, not a blank page, and confirm the specific formats and platforms the asset needs to work across.

  2. Concept options

For a new asset type, we present two or three directions before committing full production time to one, so the wrong direction gets caught early.

  3. Production

Full production of the approved direction across every required size and format, batched so a full campaign ships together instead of piecemeal.

  4. Review and revision

A structured review round against the original brief, with revisions scoped to what was actually asked for rather than open-ended redesign.

  5. Final files and handoff

Delivery of every export format the campaign needs, plus the editable source file so your team can make minor updates without coming back to us for every tweak.

A template library instead of one-off files

The most common failure mode we see with in-house design requests is every asset starting from a blank canvas, which means every deck, ad and one-pager ends up looking slightly different depending on who built it and when.

We build a Figma template library early in an engagement: a deck master, an ad set template per platform, a one-pager layout. New requests start from the template and get customized, which keeps output consistent and cuts the turnaround time on routine requests from days to hours.

Where graphic design stops and branding starts

Graphic design assumes a brand system already exists: a logo, a color palette, type choices and usage rules. Our job is applying that system correctly and creatively across the specific assets a campaign needs.

When a client needs the system itself defined, renamed or repositioned, that is a branding engagement, run separately and completed before graphic design production starts. Running both at once on a fast timeline usually means the graphic design work has to be redone once the identity settles.

Technologies we use

Budget

What drives cost and timeline

  • Asset count and formats

A single hero ad costs less than a full campaign set sized for six platforms, each with its own crop and copy length constraints.

  • Existing brand system

A documented brand guideline with defined colors, type and logo usage speeds up every asset that follows; an undocumented brand adds discovery time upfront.

  • Revision rounds

Concept exploration for a new asset type takes longer than producing a variant of something we have already built for you before.

  • Print production requirements

Print work carries file preparation and proofing steps that pure digital assets do not, particularly for large-format event materials.

Compliance

Standards we design and build to

None of these is a certification or attestation held by this agency. They are the standards we design and build client systems to, so your own audit or assessment starts from a sound base.

  • GDPR / UK GDPR

Personal data handled on a lawful basis, with data minimisation and a documented retention policy.

  • HIPAA safeguards

Administrative, physical and technical safeguards applied where a system touches protected health information.

  • PCI DSS scope reduction

Card payment flows tokenised through a certified processor so cardholder data never touches your systems.

  • SOC 2 readiness

Access control, change management and audit logging built in from day one, ready for a client's own SOC 2 audit.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA

Keyboard navigation, colour contrast and screen-reader labelling checked against the AA success criteria.

  • OWASP ASVS

Authentication, session handling and input validation reviewed against the Application Security Verification Standard.

We list certifications only when they are real and current. See our security practices →

FAQ

Questions about Graphic Design

Do you design logos as part of graphic design services?

Not as a standalone service. A new logo is an identity decision that belongs with our branding team, since it involves naming, positioning and a full identity system rather than a single asset. Graphic design applies an existing logo correctly across decks, ads and collateral once that identity work is done.

Can you match our current brand guidelines exactly?

Yes, that is the default assumption for this service. We ask for your current brand guideline document or existing assets at the start of an engagement and build every new piece to match the established colors, type and logo usage rather than introducing a new visual direction.

How fast can you turn around a set of social graphics?

A batch of graphics using an existing template can usually turn around in one to two business days. A new template style, or a first-time request with no prior brand assets to reference, takes longer because we build the reusable structure first rather than a one-off file.

Do you handle print production, or only digital design?

Both. Print work includes preparing files with correct bleed, color profiles and specs for whichever vendor is printing the material, plus a proof review before anything goes to press, so a banner or booth graphic does not come back with color or crop problems.

Can our internal team edit the files after you deliver them?

Yes. We deliver editable Figma source files alongside the final exports, and where useful, a short template guide so your team can update copy or swap an image on a deck or one-pager without needing us for every small change.

Do you design pitch decks for fundraising specifically?

Yes. Investor decks follow a different structure and pacing than a sales deck, and we design to that structure: a clear narrative arc, one idea per slide, and a visual system that holds up when an investor skims it without a live narrator in the room.
